I started this piece a while back during the market decline that followed Trump’s tariff and trade-war moves, then shelved it for a while.
The recent decision to rename Lake Ontario “Lake America” for U.S. federal use gave me a reason to pull it back out.
It’s unfinished, but I’m interested in seeing where it goes now that I’m looking at it again.
Perhaps I start working this one into the rotation.
